"When we decided to put our house on the market, we did a lot of research online and shortlisted a handful of agents, based on the reviews and homes sold. Even during our research, Joe stood out as his average sale price was way higher than the rest. We interviewed the agents, all of them came home, met us, looked at the home and discussed their plan. Joe was on vacation outside the country when I emailed him, however, he still decided to call back and set up a Zoom call to talk to us during his vacation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, had a great marketing plan and was just overall passionate about what he was doing. We really wanted an agent who had the seller's best interest in mind (and not just a higher selling price), and Joe was all of that and more. So, even without meeting him in person (and having met 5 other agents in person) we agreed to move forward, and it was one of the best decisions we have made. Joe has a fabulous team (Wendy, Teri) and they took care of everything preparing the required documents, staging, painting, cleaning, landscaping. We were moving out of town, so just handed the keys to Wendy, and the house was on the market in less than 10 days, looking like a brand-new house, staged beautifully. Not only did Joe do an outstanding job on the marketing, but he made sure to reach out to his contacts and had appointments setup even before the house went on the market. In 2 days, we had multiple solid offers, and Joe carefully reviewed all the offers, and finally clinched a deal at almost 200K over asking price, all of this while we were remote in a different city. Joe kept us constantly updated at every step, up until the house closed, and the transfer was complete.
