Wendy has called Danville home for more than 30 years, attending Vista Grande Elementary, Los Cerros Middle School, and Monte Vista High School. With two decades of experience in real estate, she brings a deep understanding of transactions, relocation, and marketing, with a clear focus on making the process organized and understandable for her clients.
Within the Frazzano Tse Team, Wendy leads the Compass Concierge program and manages most aspects of listing preparation. She coordinates vendors, updates, staging, and timelines so sellers can maximize their home’s value without getting buried in details. Her strength is keeping prep work, paperwork, and people moving in sync.

A mother of two, Wendy’s sons, Trey and Grady, attend schools in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. She has been actively involved in the community for years, including serving on the board of her children’s school education foundation, which helps fund essential programs.
When she is not working, Wendy enjoys traveling with family and friends and staying connected to the community she grew up in and now serves.
