A San Ramon native, Matthew has lived in the community for over 30 years, attending Bollinger Canyon Elementary, Iron Horse Middle School, and California High School. His deep local roots, combined with his background as a Deputy Sheriff and Police Officer, have instilled in him a strong commitment to service, integrity, and excellence.
