Joined The Mark Company, San Francisco's premier high-rise sales and marketing company, for the management of Emeryville Warehouse Lofts in Emeryville, initiated the East Bay Mark Company resale brokerage, and successfully facilitated the sale of an additional 85 homes in less than a year
1997

One of the most memorable highlights of Joe's career was the sale of 16 homes in a single day at CA Brookside in Dublin. This remarkable achievement caught the attention of corporate headquarters. It resulted in an invitation for a one-on-one meeting with Mr. Bruce Karatz, the president and CEO of KB Homes, at corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. Joe was celebrated for this extraordinary sales accomplishment during the meeting, marking it as a significant milestone in his career

Joe consistently achieved an impressive annual sales record of 60-100 homes, earning him the prestigious Northern California 'Salesperson of the Year' MAME award in 1995. He maintained a consistent position as one of the top-selling agents for California's largest home builder

1989 - 1998

Joe's journey in the real estate industry began when he joined the Mortgage Line to gain insights into home mortgage lending.

In 1990, he embarked on a significant career shift by joining California's largest home builder, KB Homes, as their Resale Home Director, overseeing all Northern California contingency sales.

Notably, Joe also created the FAST program, which stands for Free Assistance Selling Team, a groundbreaking initiative that was pivotal in securing his position with KB Homes.

- Joe acquired his California Real Estate license in 1988 and received training at Coldwell Banker. Notably, he was named Rookie of the Year during his time at Coldwell Banker after selling 16 homes in his first year of selling real estate
